What if there is a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order please give us a call at (719) 428-5510  or send an email to sales@saltcreekavl.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. 
 

What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team at (719) 428-5510 or sales@saltcreekavl.com.  If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you. If the unit is outside the Salt Creek 30 day warranty we will work with you to determine if the item is still covered by the manufacture warranty and what steps to take next.

How to Make a Return:

If a purchase you've made isn't working out for you please reach out via (719) 428-5510  or send an email to sales@saltcreekavl.com so we know you want to make a return Then, follow this checklist to ensure you're refunded the fullest possible amount:

  1. Please make sure the item you want to return is in the complete original packaging. If any of the original packaging is damaged or missing 20% will be deducted from your refund total for the packaging. Cost + 10% will be deducted from your refund total for any missing items or accessories. The return item should arrive back to us in exactly the same condition it was sent out. 
  2. Pack the item into whichever shipping box or envelope best fits and protects the item. Make sure the item will not move around inside the box and that the box is secure enough to survive being shipped. 
  3. Determine weather you would like to use your own shipping label or have us send you a shipping label. If we send you a return label the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund total. If you decide to use your own shipping label please send the tacking # to sales@saltcreekavl.com. 
  4. Once the item arrives at our location we will verify the condition of the item. You will receive the refund amount you are owed via the payment method you used at checkout. Please allow 48 hours after the item arrives back at our facility for our team to process your return. If the item your purchased qualified for free shipping, then the actual cost incurred to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our aim is to provide fair treatment and genuine value when you purchase gear from us. At the same time, we must ensure that our warranty system isn’t misused by individuals acting in bad faith. Therefore, we retain the right to approve or deny any item submitted for warranty coverage. Additionally, for the same reasons mentioned, we reserve the right to adjust the terms of this warranty as we see fit.
